Deer Burger Meatloaf   (download pdf)

2 lb ground deer
2 lb bulk pork sausage
2 med onoins finely chopped
1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 (8oz) can of tomato sauce

Combine deer, sausage, onions and crumbs and mix well. Add milk, eggs, barbeque sauce and 1/2 can tomato sauce; blend well.

Let stand for 15 min. Shape into a loaf and place into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30min. top with remaining tomato sauce and bake for an additional hour, or until done.
